Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for purchasing this monitor from us.

Due to the nature of this product we can not accept returns if:

1. The item has no bed bugs evident in it (Good news for you as you do not have bed bugs)
2. The product is full and is heavily stained (Bad news – hope you can get treated soon)

We will however offer a full refund if the item has arrived damaged or faulty.

Please notify us with evidence within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
